Staples, Inc. Announces Third Quarter 2009 Cash Dividend

FRAMINGHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 15, 2009-- Staples, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPLS) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on Staples, Inc. common stock of $0.0825 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on September 25, 2009.
