Clorox Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend
OAKLAND, Calif., Sept. 15, 2009 - The Clorox Company (NYSE: CLX) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable Nov. 13, 2009, to stockholders of record on Oct. 28, 2009.
