Devon Energy Announces Fourth Quarter Cash Dividend for Common Stockholders

OKLAHOMA CITY, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Devon Energy Corporation (NYSE: DVN) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on Devon's common stock for the fourth quarter of 2009. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2009, at a rate of $0.16 per share based on a record date of December 15, 2009.
