FirstEnergy Corp. Declares Unchanged Common Stock Dividend


AKRON, Ohio, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of FirstEnergy Corp. (NYSE: FE) today declared an unchanged quarterly dividend of 55 cents per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable December 1, 2009, to shareholders of record as of November 6, 2009.
